Hello Everyone!
Thank you for taking the time to read my staff biography.
A born and raised Winnipegger who has spent much of my life exploring our own backyard that is this great city and province, I have been involved in the Culinary Industry for a little more than 20 years, working at various restaurants and event centers around Winnipeg and Selkirk.
In the more recent chapters of my career, I have found myself working as Sous Chef at Investors Group Field, learning how to offer custom catering events that at least I will carry with me as long as I continue to work in the industry. After IGF (and the majority of the pandemic) I found myself as a Director of Culinary Services with a major seniors living provider.
Now, having served the generations that have paved the way, I look forward to serving the coming generation that will continue to better the world around us, with their bright minds and outstanding ethics.
I can usually be found working with the team in Poettcker Hall, making sure the staff and student body is well fed! Don't hesitate to drop by and say hi!
