The following form is for CMU students, staff, and faculty requesting items not in the CMU Library. Institutional borrowers should use this form for their requests.
Required fields are noted with an asterix (*).

The CMU Library is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. ID/prox card required. Call the library (204.594.0514) or email for details.
CMU students, staff, and faculty will also need a CMU ID/prox card to enter the Library.

Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sat: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sun: CLOSED
