The following form is for CMU students, staff, and faculty requesting items not in the CMU Library. Institutional borrowers should use this form for their CMU Library requests.

The CMU Library is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Call the Library at 204.594.0514) if necessary.
CMU students, staff, faculty, and guest borrowers will be asked to present their CMU ID card when they check-out books.
