Manager of International Student & Accessibility Programs
Sandra works with the International Student Association to welcome and provide orientation for our international students. Her favourite international student program is Taste the World, where the international students provide samples of food from around the world for the CMU community.
Sandra also provides accessibility support to students; to provide access to education for students with physical and learning disabilities. She is committed to the enrichment of our classrooms and campus life through the inclusion students who learn in diverse ways.
She also provides leadership in training for student leaders who serve on International Student Council, as International Student Mentors and invigilators.
Sandra came to CMU in 2010 with experience in programming for residence life, student leadership, and student activities. She has a passion for providing university students with the opportunity to get involved in the co-curricular aspects of university life.
Outside of CMU, you can usually find Sandra at a coffee shop reading the latest pick for her book club. She also enjoys walking in the Assiniboine Park, volunteering at her church, and dinner parties with friends.
